"TSA is nothing but a great experience. I was always afraid of firearms until I started visiting TSA. The staff is well educated and enjoys helping beginners. I just recently purchased my first pistol and have my CCW class coming up. I do target practice 3x a week and the guys always gives me pointers to make sure I’m doing things the correct way. After my CCW class I’ll become a member of TSA."

"I had such a great experience today and I wanted to take a second to thank the wonderful people that work here. From checking in at the front desk, to renting a firearm and then shooting at the range it was all seamless ! I wanted to specifically thank JC (I hope I got the name right) at the gun rental/ cashier area who was so patient with me and extremely helpful. He took the time to talk to me about different weapons and guided me on which ones I should test out. He really went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Also a big thank you to Mitch, the range instructor, for giving me valuable tips and encouraging words throughout my shooting session. It’s been a while since I shot any weapon so I was not as confident at the beginning but having Mitch check in on me and point some things out to me really made me feel at ease. He didn’t have to take the time to show me some ways I could improve my one handed shooting but I am so thankful he did ! I learned a lot.
