"Best Tae Kwon Do school in the Matthews area for sure. They offer classes 5 days a week with an awesome flexible schedule! The instructors are great. Master Hwang is awesome, she is great with the kids! Ms Amanda is a great communicator! There’s never a threat, negative consequence, or intimidation yet each child that attends shows respect and admiration for those teaching. We can’t say enough good things about this Tiger Kim location; if considering Taekwondo this is the place!"

"Our 6 year old has been at Tiger Kim’s for 3 months now and we can confidently say this is one of the best. Not only is the studio clean, updated, and welcoming but the Masters are incredible. My youngest child saw Ms. Amanda at a booth at a school fair and had a chance to try kicking a target for the first time. She has been hooked ever since. It has been great watching her skills and confidence grow with each new belt. I also didn’t realize all of the other benefits that come along with participating in Tae Kwon Do. She has learned leadership skills, cooperation, self-control, and perseverance among others. "My son has been taking taekwondo at Matthews since March and looks forward to every next practice. He accidentally got to a party in Tiger Kims and fell in love with it. We have very cool coaches and fun classes. Even if you don't want to become a champion, you will still have fun. Trainings are structured in such a way that each child receives attention and experience, separate time is devoted to sparring. My child does not speak English very well, but he understands the coaches perfectly. Now we are preparing for our first competition in Atlanta."
