"I recently moved to the Carolinas and was looking for a place to get back in shape while learning something new. As a senior, I was wondering where I could go that would not make me feel uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Treadstone Defensive Tactics and spoke to Jeremy. "Oh my gosh! What an experience.. I'm so thankful that Jeremy and Andy were able to accommodate our work group of ladies for an entry self defense class.
