"If I can give this place a zero I would. I used to be a teacher here and I LOVED the two directors that previously worked there before mazi. Mazi is NOT professional at all. She has favorite staff and her and the staff sit in her office and gossip horrible things about other teacher. There’s always teachers fighting IN FRONT of the kids. YES TEACHERS. Mazi had two favorite staffs that would always get their way. There was one time that there was one INNOCENT teacher and Mazi brought the one of her teachers outside to have her favorite teacher beat the other teacher. She did nothing about it. She just watched. She doesn’t care about know one. Kids have been left in dirty diapers for hours until pick up time. Kids have been left outside with no supervision. PLEASE DONT WORK HERE OR YOUR BABIES HERE!!!"
"I have a 2 year old and 3 month old enrolled here and have never had any issues with the admin staff or teachers. Everyone is very friendly and I feel my kids are well-taken care of. The classrooms are very clean and looks like they have plenty of toys and games for any kid to enjoy. The app they use is great too so I can stay updated with everything they're doing and learning at school. It’s very nice to know that my boys have teachers that seem to enjoy and take care of them."
"I have nothing but great things to say about Primrose of Fort Mill. Their new director is very responsive and accommodating. My son is not even 2 and counts, knows his colors, and his vocabulary has drastically improved since starting at Primrose. We get multiple daily pictures from his teacher. Ms. Tateona knows each of her students and the kids are always happy when we drop off and pick up our son. We know when our infant starts there in a few weeks, he will be in good hands too."
"We LOVE Primrose School of Fort Mill! Our daughter is in the infant classroom and she is loved and cared for by her teachers like she is their family. As a teacher myself, I am in awe at how much she is learning and growing each day. We are forever grateful for Primrose and are excited to continue our daughters education and care there for many years to come."
"Both the director and assistant director quit within 2 months of each other. During that time, 2 or 3 teachers quit as well. They are extremely short staffed, and due to this, there is rarely anyone at the front desk to greet you. Drop off and pick up sometimes were in different classrooms, and on one occasion, I had no idea where my child was when i went to pick my child up. Happy Grams (which Primrose is supposed to do one at least once a month) were far and few between. I received 3 during the 10 months my child attended. My childs progress report was written by the teacher with nothing positive, but all negative qualities of my child. As a mother, that broke my heart. I addressed this with the director at the time, who told me that she would address it with the teacher, but there was no follow up. There would be uploads to the ProCare app of children that were not mine. There was a video of my child posted to the whole class where my child was disciplined during the video, and the look on my child's face was just so sad. To say i was disappointed is an understatement as my child did attend a Primrose in another state, and I had nothing short of a fantastic experience there."
