"My husband and I came to Holiday Inn Express for our Anniversary, Ms.Patty made our reservation and since it was our anniversary she gave us a good deal and a upgrade Thank you, Ms.Diane was also great we had a issue with our reservation and she called us and was helpful in getting it fixed and made checkin easy,Ms. Sonja was great to she checked us out and wished us a happy anniversary and gave us water and cookies for our drive home . All three ladies were awsome and made our stay enjoyable we will be coming back ."

"Heated pool was freezing cold! Heat in the room worked sometimes had to go down twice for extra blankets. . Guy at the front desk was great! Breakfast was good."

"I must say we were impressed with our recent stay. Our room was clean and the breakfast bar was outstanding. I could have think of anything that could be added to make it any better. The staff were all very friendly and Patty was a joy and very helpful. I didn’t catch the young man’s name on the afternoon and evening shift on 9/28 but he was also friendly and helpful. I also want to recognize the GM. He acknowledged his staff and showed that he was interested in their day. I was impressed by the Dove products instead of the cheap hygiene products most hotels provide. We will be staying here again when we come back to Oak Island."
