I took my 11 year old son and my 13 year old daughter to train this place for a few weeks since my son doesn't like the activity very much and as a teenager they need to release all that energy so we gave MMA a chance and They really liked everything they did there. The atmosphere is familiar, the coaches are very good, professional and very patient. We had a great time every time we are there."
