"Next Generation has been a full-time daycare since August 2008. It is a wonderful center that both my children attended from infants up through the after school program. There are cameras in the classrooms, so there is full transparency. The office staff are easy to talk to and happy to address anything you have questions about. The teachers and staff care a great deal about the children and go out of their way to love them, teach them, and make sure they feel safe and have a great time. Everyone is down to Earth and outgoing. If there was ever an issue with a sick child or major behavior issue that needs to be addressed, they are quick to let you know. Even through Covid-19 they have made adjustments through the recommendations of the CDC to keep children safe but still be able to remain open as some parents still had to work. They communicated multiple times with parents via email and signage at the center about changes to safety and health policies. I would recommend this center to anyone because you can have a peace of mind and know your child is well taken care of and loved."

"It started out with poor communication. I am a very proactive parent and wanted to know what my child’s schedule was & how his days were. I was shunned and treated as if being proactive was a problem. Second, They switched my son’s rooms and teachers without consulting me. I let it go trying to be understanding due to covid-19 & the changes/ chaos it caused everyone. Next, my son picked up saying bad words that’s not been taught at home. Then, a random teacher that had been tending to my son tells me that there has been discipline problems and saying he’s done things out of character. She then proceeds to tell me that she will loose her job if my son was to hit her (a 3 year old) Not sure how to take that comment but I feel other parents should be cautious. These are people we are trusting when we aren’t around. All of this could have been avoided or handled before things got out of control.. All they had to do is pick up a phone and tell me if my son was having discipline problems. Has me thinking about what else happened there that I don’t know about."
