"Had never done pilates before. After 6 months of doing it I understand why it has been around for over a century. Great for building core strength, helps flexibility and simply makes one feel good. This studio is a gem. Kelly, Leah, and Mary the instructors all have different styles. Each of them is patient, helpful and change the workouts up so that you get many different muscle groups worked on. If you are looking for a pilates studio this is a good one. If you are looking to start a new exercise routine, talk with Kelly. This is a great spot."
