"Parnell replaced copeing ring and liner last year due to defects in copeing ring filled pool with water and it leaked around skimmer basket called and notified them on two different occasions and no one never come out till months later and I got a bill for their screw up so is there no warranty on their work a new liner they installed and it leaked as soon as I filled it that's not business!"

"Ordered a part on Wednesday. Was told part would be there in 2 days. 11 days later part comes in and my pool now looks like swamp. I could have ordered my part and had it in 2 days."

"The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The have plenty of above ground pool supplies. The shelves were stocked neatly. Also the store was very clean. I will have to come back to get more supplies for the fall season. It’ll be here before you know it."

"The owners wife is absolutely rude and not friendly at all! My mom & grandma went in this past weekend and wanted them to give a list of what her pool needed and the woman refused to do so. They normally buy all their pool supplies from here, they even bought the pool from them but we will NEVER go back after this. Hopefully they get better customer service. Being rude gets you nowhere, especially in retail services!"

"I would like to thank Parnell for the wonderful assistance that they have given us over the years. Our pool was already installed when we bought our house but Parnell has been there through every breakdown and equipment repair that we have had to do. Most recent was on O ring that broke . Went to parnell and bought what we thought was the replacement. When it didn't work I took it back with the lid and broken O ring. They didn't have the O ring that I needed in stock. So they took the lid off a pump that was on the floor and gave it to me. Lid and all. That is what you call excellent customer service!! Came home put it on and my pool is up and running for the summer. Thank you Parnell for looking out for me and my summer!! We will continue to be loyal customers."
