I asked the cashier to please search for the receipt in her database. She said that she didn't have time. Lowe's, you just let a customer. I'm so sick of awful customer service. "This will be the last time I will ever shop at Lowe's I had a huge order with lots of material that needed to be loaded. Nowhere was anyone to be found to help what a joke you would think when you spend this kind of money. Somebody would help load the truck. So it took me more than an hour to load myself. And not 1 person came out to help. And I've asked several times to have somebody help. Come Monday morning, I will cancel my Lowe's account and will have no problem. Driving the extra few miles to shop at home. Depot, at least I would get better service. My suggestion is do not shop here shop elsewhere..."
