"I had a couple of recalls on my Ford Mustang. Initially, I made an appointment at Asheville Ford. After a week of it sitting outside and multiple calls to ensure I would have car for a trip (they were aware). I had to physically go to the service dept to pick up my car. No apologies and no offer to reschedule. I wasn't hopeful when I reached out to Ken Wilson to resolve these safety recalls. What a different experience! They were pleasant, offered mobile service so that I would not be without my car. Once the tech arrived (Justin ), he was so kind and honestly happy to be there. He fixed one recall and had to reschedule the next due to the parts. He quickly came back a week later and finished, he stayed in constant communication with me about when he would be here. I was amazed that on the last day - he even fished a socket that had dropped in the deck lid. ABOVE and BEYOND! Thank you Justin and Ken Wilson Ford for the amazing service. Ken Wilson will be my go-to for all needs going forward."

"Ken Wilson Ford was on my narrowed down list as I shopped online for a used F-150. But first I went to two other dealers, where I was met with disappointment. Misrepresented pricing and mileage, high pressure, calling ahead to make sure of availability only to arrive and find out it isn't available, outright lied to & getting the runaround to keep me on the lot, and guys that frankly, seemed to have no idea what they had on the lot or understanding of individual trucks they DID have. Long story short I should have started at Ken Wilson. They had what I was looking for, very, very clean, and Tim in used sales was wonderful to work with. He was very accommodating, very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. No continual brow beating, back and forth, etc. and I believe I got a fair trade in on my old Tundra. "Truck just hit 550 miles and now we are on our 3rd trip to the shop, once for the trailer harness stopped working never been hooked up. Now the Bluetooth inside the cab is nothing but static. Now on to the shop for communications data issue p1647. Day one i had to clean the entire truck because someone sprayed tire shine on it and didn't wipe off the excess so it threw it everywhere. Truck looked like it was covered in oil, it had 2 miles on it. So yea so far I am less than pleased. Called on 10/30/2023 ~11:30 no answer. As far as buying the truck 0 problems the staff is nice, its not the dealers fault for factory issues. Lynn was very nice and understanding easy to deal with. Price was fair and reasonable on the truck no complaints."

"I contacted Ken Wilson Ford in regards to a 2020 RAM 2500 that they had in stock. I spoke with Tim and explained to him my situation and how this truck fit what I was looking for. Tim took the time to send me all the additional details I needed on the truck. Which made for an easy in person buying experience. Tim had the truck detailed and sitting right out front when I arrived we went for a quick test drive and completed all the necessary documents in a timely manner. There were a few issues with the truck after purchase that I notified Tim of and he assisted in getting the issues corrected.
