"I have used this store for years for purchases, prescriptions, and photos. Today I went to get my photo order which they could not find and tried to say it was my fault, even though I was showing them the order confirmation and order number on my email on my cell phone. The man in the photo lab was extremely rude and even mocked me. He tried to say I had already picked up the photos and had them at my home???? I relayed that I was physically there at that exact moment to get my photos, meaning that I had not picked them up, otherwise I would not be there to get them. He said they didn't have them and there was nothing they could do on their end. (Although he literally pulled up the order on his computer, same price, same # of prints, and the same order number ??) I work in customer service. I have never been treated so rudely. Especially for doing nothing but trying to pick up photos."

"Brandon is probably the worst excuse for a manager I have ever come across. Walgreens needs to try harder. FedEx drop point that would not accept my overnight package which cost over $100 to ship and insure. They insure it, not you Brandon so really not your problem. Never had any issues at a Walgreens before until this guy was at the counter. Walgreens has officially lost my business. Putting this on blast throughout the community. Thanks for your help Brandon!"

"Four months in a row I've had medications delayed on the day of refill. After the first two months I tried to go in ahead of time to make sure everything would be ready on the refill day and was met with condescension from several employees. When trying to ask about what the problems are or what I can do to prevent this I have only been given poor information or no information at all. One lady that works there is a sweetheart though. Unfortunately, she wasn't there to help me on the days I had questions."
