"This was an AWESOME experience. The three of us had never put hammer and tongs to metal. Jason was the best instructor and mentor. We walked away with razor sharp knives. Planning to bring back more friends."
"We had a FANTASTIC experience at the Village Black smith!! Our party of 4 all had a wonderful time and we all created pretty AWESOME MASTERPIECES!! Thanks Jason!!!"
"While on vacation in Brevard, I took my grandson to the Village Blacksmith for a class, as he had expressed an interest in the trade some time ago. All of us were blown away with Jason's hospitality, skills as a Blacksmith and his teaching ability! My grandson left with some very cool stuff he had made and now has a hunger for more experiences with the trade! Jason and family deserve a huge shout out for representing his town and trade so well. I know we will return on our next trip and have already referred family to his shop."
"Went with a group of friends for knife forging and was absolutely blown away. The staff are so kind and really took their time with the group. I chose the option make a ring (out of a small wrench) and now have such a meaningful momento from my trip. Once we finished the class we wandered around the super cute town (which is just up the hill) while they polished our rings and knives and picked them up on our way out. Highly recommend this experience!!"
"My wife booked up a couple of the $40 appointments on Eventbrite this evening. We both had no idea what to expect and let me tell you, Jason did an amazing job. He truly wanted us to walk out of there with some knowledge in addition to an awesome creation, and we definitely did. We even got to hold the sword he made on the Forged in Fire final (we're super nerds). Next time you find yourself in the Brevard area, do yourself a favor and book a class! Note: If you use Eventbrite, definitely call and remind him that you'll be coming in and at what time because that service is not great with actually informing the vendor of scheduled times."
