Dillsboro Inn

"The Dillsboro Inn was wonderful, even better than expected. The prices were amazing, there are restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff is amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The views and atmosphere were phenomenal. In the evenings, the staff had a firepit with roasting marshmallows - during the morning having a cup of coffee on the deck and watching the local wildlife on the river was a calming way to start your day."

"When you read these reviews you see a lot of 5 stars. But please understand: it's rustic! The rooms are clean, cozy, and totally charming if you aren't set on a cookie-cutter setting like the huge chains. We've stayed here a number of times and just love the atmosphere. TJ is very accommodating. I had a fun time taking photos at night, from the river's edge. Haven't made use of the hot tub or fire pit, but they are part of the charm."

"I have stayed at Dillsboro Inn three times with the purpose of fly fishing the Tuckasegee River. It has great access to roads running along both sides of the river. Downtown Dillsboro is an easy walk for great dining and shopping the small craft stores, etc. The Inn itself is a very unique structure with a very laid back atmosphere and the rooms are very homey with a comfortable feel to each of them; varying sizes and room accommodations."

"The owners are delightful, the room we stayed in was perfect and the rustic furnishings were very cool. Wonderful areas to relax on the river and watch birds. Laid back, eclectic vibe. Walk to town and back for dinner. Loved this place and would stay again."

"We've been coming to this hotel for at least 15 years! Every time we come it's such a pleasure! Always greeted with a smile and big hellos. The view and sound of the river is so relaxing. Then at night we roasted marshmallows for smores. We always leave relaxed and refreshed to return home. Highly recommend staying here! Tj and Terri are absolutely the most amazing hosts ever!"
