"I have to follow up every time in order to get reimbursed for dental services I pay up front for. My wife has the same problem. I call my dental office to see if they've filed a claim. They say they file on date of service. Interactive says they haven't received it. Dental office files again. If we're lucky we get a check in another month. VERY frustrating."
"Amari P was extremely rude. My provider submitted bill electronically September 29 and again on October 6. Interactive advised they did not receive bill until October 21. They then waited another week before "writing" the check and will wait yet another week before they send check. This puts my provider not getting paid for almost 45 days."
"Terrible. I hate that my account is thru them. I can't use my FSA card because of something that is completely out of my control. This has been ongoing for months now. I am very upset and outraged. This company is very frustrating to deal with and I honestly hate calling them to ask for ANYTHING. The lady I spoke to (Caroline) was very rude. I'm disgusted. "Horrible customer service. I called about a claim today at 4:30 ET, went through 9 mins of prompts and waiting, only to be involuntarily put into voice mail. I left a vm that I really needed to speak with someone today and would love a call back by 5, closing. Having not received a call back by 4:58, I called back, again stepping through the prompts and vm, only to hear the phone ring finally, 2nd ring it was picked up AND, wait for it, that rep hung up the phone immediately before I could speak. They literally picked up the phone and hung right back up bc it was 5pm, time to go. I'm an Orthodontist and a business owner and I have no patience for awful customer service."
"I have my FSA account through this company and they are one of the most difficult, frustrating, and exasperating company I have ever had to work with. They tell you how great it is to have a tax free FSA account, but once your money is in the account it is next to impossible to access that money to pay for medical bills. It's next to impossible to talk with a customer service representative, and once you do they are almost worthless. It has taken me almost two months to get the "proper" paper work into them so they would let me use my money in the account to pay for a Rex Wellness Center membership. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat their customers and how impossible they make it to use your FSA account money. :-("
