"I had the honor to have David and Sheena be my teachers for the adult self-defense classes on Thursdays. They are fantastic teachers and great at working with any skill level. Even if you have never done any martial arts in your life it is worth it to at least give them a shot. The class styles are very different than most martial arts place you will find around Knoxville as they start from the basics and will train you from that point. There are no flashy moves and everything is done with purpose. I personally miss them dearly and wish I was still in town to take the classes. Overall a great experience!"
