Reviews
"Facility is beautiful and deserves the one star. Lots of opportunity missed for the rest of our “experience”. Concessions consist of low quality, expensive, nasty food. The Ripken staff are rude, undertrained and unprofessional. Very evident management is lacking. Every set of umpires we had, called the games like it was their first time umpiring. Very inexperienced and lack of baseball knowledge. I’m sure at one point this place was awesome and worth the money to play there. But I get the feeling it’s being ran into the ground by inexperienced management. Really sad to see from such a beautiful facility."
"Stunning views. Perfect fields. My son played (and won) in a week long tournament. He said it's his favorite place to play, by far. Great place to plan a tournament, plenty to do in the area."
"Wonderful experience, beautiful fields, and they offer water & gatorade for kids inside each dugouts. Their food inside the park is expensive (water bottles $3.5) Good picture packages with different choices. I like the real motion pictures that they do during the games. Everyone needs to pre-register for photos. The park is very close to The Island in Pigeon Forge."
"Beautiful facility. Very well kept and easy to navigate. Parking is tight on opening day but the rest of the week you will have no problem. Food is pricey and be prepared to be up sold on pictures packages. But who cares, a beautiful background work the mountains and truly unlike any ball field you may have played in before. We were 12u runner up in the gold bracket and will def come back."
"Nice facility. The 12U team loved it. Unfortunately rained all week. Sunday is super busy and you may have to walk to to far parking lot."
