"On 2 separate occasions, I never heard back from anyone. Once I was told "let me check on that and call you back" and once I attempted to file a claim, I was asked a few questions and never got a response. That was 3 weeks ago.."

"Not the same company it was. My business has been with them for 28 years, no one has called me for the last 10. I recently got quotes from other independent agents and found I was paying thousands of dollars per year too much. I got better coverage at a lower price by taking a couple of hours to call other agencies. Shame on me for not doing this sooner, but shame on ECM for not offering to review my insurance needs for the last decade. As a final insult to injury, when I contacted ECM to cancel my policies, they sent me cancellation paperwork with incorrect effective dates. Had I not caught their error, I could have been out hundreds of more dollars for coverage remaining in effect when it should have been cancelled. Do not recommend this agency."

"I would give this company a zero star if it would let me, i have been dealing with concrete on my car for 2 months on my car been calling and asking everyone when and how can i get my car fixed since it happened while they were doing renovations on cherry road. no one with the company is any help. i just need to know how and when i can get my car fixed and not have to pay out of pocket for something that is not my fault.... please some one learn to do your job and help... i guess i have to add here it will not let me reply to your reply that is a lie and i know that you have not paid anything because i have just now today sent the information back that you needed signed and notarized form me so that you can make a payment...so next lie please.. like i said all i have been getting is the run around form this company. when will i get my car fixed is the question, when will you pay to have my car fixed is another?"
