"Having a quality 24/7 gym is important to us. Getting to the gym around 3:50am to get in a good workout before facing the day is routine. Anytime @ University Centre is a clean, friendly establishment. We have been frequenting for the last 6 years when we moved to downtown Wilmington. Whether you are in the area for a quick trip or live here and are looking for a place to workout AF has equipment for almost any workout routine. I Highly recommend checking out the gym and picking up a membership. Bonus - you can go to any AF center across the country with the 24/7 access key fob without having to do anything differently. Not many national gyms offer that perk."
