"Ken Austin has a caring spirit, and I find that all of the advice over the many years that I have been a customer would be the advice that he would have offered to a family member. I initially had renter's insurance in 2001, the customer service that Ken and Jessica provided was superior to a young girl with a $10 a month policy, they treated me as if I were there biggest client.
