"I can’t say enough good things about Benchmark! I could tell right away when I called, and got Crystal who is more than AMAZING at her job, that I was going to the right place! Thank you Crystal, for all you do! Emily, my OT is a gem! She’s smart as a whip, and she’ll whip you into shape! She is professional, tells you what you need but with a good approach, and personable. I’ve watched her interact with others as well and she is nice and good hearted . Whatever your needs… If you want to get it done with great results that’s your girl! Taylor, the OTS is going places! She fits right in and is smart kind and helpful. Wherever she ends up, they’re going to be lucky to have her! I’ve not worked with Brian, however I’ve been coming frequently and have always found him to be pleasant, and with care and compassion. Kelvin is a hoot and is very caring, helpful and positive! Becca is always helping out and is a true inspiration to talk to."

"My daughter and I have been going to Benchmark in mint hill for a couple months and we absolutely love everyone there. Jacqueline always greets patients with a smile and she is so friendly and personable. Dr.Ben has helped me so much with his dry needling and his amount of knowledge. Lauren has been an amazing and much needed addition to that location. My daughter loves her so much and her and Dr.Ben do so well at making sure to spend ample amounts of one on one time with each patient even when they have multiple patients at once.
