"In October 2021 I was referred to Alessi Insurance. I stopped in to see Mike Alessi and even though I didn’t have an appointment with him he was very happy to help and answer my questions. At that point I was considering moving from United Healthcare supplemental plan to United healthcare advantage plan. I’ve had this supplemental plan for at least 10 years and I was always skeptical about a supplemental plan. Mike took his time to speak with me about the plan.He made a subsequent appointment with me in October to solidify my choice. Everything Mike told me about the plan has come true. I’m very happy with the plan and moreover with Mike. He has gone over and above what he had to do to help me with my situation with Dexcom glucose monitoring system. He took so much time trying to find out what my cost would be for this item.
