"Very unprofessional and rude employee answering the phones. Call and ask some questions and see how you are spoken to. How do you work in customer service if you do not have good people skills? As well as not following through with making changes to your policy. Called to have a car removed from policy. Was told it was took care of. (6/8/23) Couple months later was billed for the car that was supposed to be removed. Still no reimbursement. (11/3/23)"
