"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Management is terrible. Initial cost of living here is not too bad, but they will, and I mean they definitely will charge you plenty of fees. I never even used the electricity too much, and they would charge me $59 a month extra for up charge. They also will clean your apartment when you move out whether it is clean or not and charge you $200."

"Been living here for a few months. Had bug issues and was dirty upon moving in. Maintenance does take a while to come. But Alex is nice and extremely helpful. You get the best value living here compared to competitors. I would recommend:)"

"Good place to live, especially for college students looking to live off campus. No need to cross 501/544 to get to HGTC or Coastal, and it's generally very quiet compared to some more party oriented apartments in the area. They're also pet friendly! Also from what I've heard, I believe rent here is most likely the lowest in the area! Worst thing you'd be paying for is if you go over your electric usage, which with my apartment which has at least 3 gaming pcs we only end up having to pay an extra $10-$12 a month, which is REALLY good. Maintenance is generally quick on fixing stuff as well! Shoutout to the guys running the office!"

"Not sure how they got my previous review deleted. But even though the apartment was cleaned before move out, they charged all kinds of cleaning fees that wasn’t needed. Kept my deposit and charged even more crazy fees wanting more money. Charged for blinds that they broke when fixing window. Said because we called instead of putting in ticket online they denied fixing the window. Seriously? And the guy in the office was very rude about it and kept changing his story about pictures of the apartment. Not to mention the roommate that was assigned to my apartment that threatened mine and my other roommates life constantly. He was like 28 living with college kids. The office always had problems with him and kept renewing his lease knowing his past. I could go on about the drug deals going on in the parking lot but they didn’t care. My name was on the lease so I have every right to post a review."

"University Suites is by far one of the best places I have lived in my 4 years of college. The staff, Alex, Kara, and Rachel are all extremely friendly, helpful, and caring! All three of them go above and behind to make sure every resident is truly satisfied living here. Whenever I need something, the staff is always there within the drop of a dime to help me out. They genuinely love and care about their job and it shows. High recommend living here! Thanks for everything Alex, Kara, and Rachel!!!!"
