"I have a dog who can be quite difficult at the vet. He's 55 lbs, barks, growls and has to wear a bucket muzzle. It is a stressful event for all. He is utterly terrified. I find that some staff are more understanding/less intimidated about him than others and I especially want to thank Melissa for being so great and patient with Murphy today. It makes a difference for sure and helped us all get through it."

"Aardvark Animal Hospital has been an outstanding place to take our furry family. The staff is always nice, the lobby/waiting room is one of the nicest we've ever seen. The area is separated, one side for people bringing in cats, the other side for people with dogs. That way there's less stress for animals. Each side is adorned with a beautiful fish tank, plants, items you can purchase for your animals as well as some reading material. The seating could use a little bit of a cleaning now and then as they are becoming a little stained. But I know that just comes with the territory. You just don't know what you could be sitting on/in. The building is located connected to a dollar store, so you have to drive into the dollar store's parking lot and through it to get to the the animal hospital."

"My very small Shorkie was seen for diarrhea. Megan was our tech and Dr. Matthews both great. They were so thorough with their exam they found underlying issues and prevented a later emergency situation. I am very grateful for them. They have also provided me with all the paperwork needed for our insurance and have followed up with me to check on Snoofie. Than you all at Aardvark!"

"I can't say enough good things about Aardvark Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Kate Davis and her vet tech. We moved to the area with two senior dogs. We didn't go many times before it was time to say "see you later" to our sweet Ellie. Going to the doctor or vet you develop a sense of trust with your provider, and again since just moving to the area we didn't really have that opportunity with Ellie. However Dr. Davis acted as if she'd been seeing Ellie her entire life (15 years). She knew her chart, she loved on her, she is extremely personable and HONEST. I immediately felt comfort with her. She and her vet tech did not rush us, walked us through the procedure and provided the most respectful care to our girl. These people care! It's not a rush to get you in and out but they actually take the time to consult you. A week later, we got a handwritten card expressing their sympathies for our loss. It's the small things that matter and Aardvark goes above and beyond to deliver on the small things too. If you've read this far and are still on the fence about booking an appointment.... do it! Your fur baby will be treated with the best care."

"Our cat was able to be seen on the same day as his urgent need. The entire staff shows concern and compassion. The veterinarian was personable, explained all options, and answered all questions. I was particularly surprised and happy to receive a follow-up call from them a few days later to see how our Nugget was doing! Great people!"
