"First experience with this practice and I’d give them zero stars if I could. I took my young son in at 8:30 this morning for a severe sore throat and a fever of 104. He came back strep positive. Antibiotics were called in but the prescription was written incorrectly asking to be dispensed as capsules but with instructions to administer 10mL 2x per day, so the pharmacy could not fill the prescription without further communication from the DR. I’ve called twice and my husband has called once to see if Dr. Ercolino had read the note from the pharmacy marked “urgent” so the prescription could get dispensed. It’s currently 3:20pm, roughly 90min before the office told me they turn their phones off- which is 4:45pm. My poor child is so uncomfortable he is now vomiting from all the mucous and swelling. We could have already had 1 round of antibiotics in him by now. I am APPALLED at the manner in which this has been handled."

"Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. We are giving it two stars instead of one because we've previously had great experiences here. Unfortunately the doctor that we have had the great experiences with has since left. The medication our child is on has become unavailable. Their solution is to make an appointment a month out to discuss it leaving him with no medication for the month. When we asked the difference between two different medications and we were told to ask our insurance company what the difference was. We tried to explain that we are currently out of medication so they said they could get us an appointment in a week. I reiterated that I just simply needed to know the difference between two different medications and they said a doctor would need to explain it. We then requested to speak to a doctor and were told we are not allowed to talk to a new doctor without making an appointment and coming in even though we've been coming to this place for over 5 years. We were outright told that no they would not ask any doctors to speak to us. We are currently looking for a new pediatric provider."
