"I toured the property of Riverwalk today and had the best guide show me the way. Sam Dill really sold me on the idea of living here and helped me make up my mind on why I should sign my lease today. He was very charismatic and informative when answering any questions that I had. 10/10 for Sam Dill!"

"I mean an absolute dog water of an apartment complex. I’d rather drink bleach with Germany’s leader during WW2 than live at this complex again. It stinks, the management couldn’t put together a set of mega blocks let alone paperwork to be signed for a place for me or my sublease to live. Poor Jessica might have two brain cells fighting over third place and the front desk people are absolutely LOST and have to run upstairs to figure anything out. Just avoid this place and live in a cardboard box. Apartment inside was decent enough but everything else was awful. Don’t live here."

"Since the management changed hands, service is really poor. My son has lived there for three years and since switching to a different apartment in August it's been one maintenance issue after another. The apartment was filthy when they moved in and so many things were broken. There's a broken bathroom sink that still hasn't been replaced almost three months later. Water pressure is non existent and no one seems to care enough to try to fix it. The washing machine reeks like mold and no matter how many repair requests my son puts in they don't seem to be willing to help. Told them to run bleach through it, cleaning tablets. No change in the machine. They look at it barely when they do come and say there's nothing wrong. Meanwhile my kid is dealing with the disgusting smell day after day. I would like this remedied ASAP. As someone who has been paying rent there for three years this is unacceptable."

"Glad my daughter chose Riverwalk for her off campus housing this year. The office staff is super nice and helpful whenever I called with questions, especially Jacob, and I called with many questions as this is our first off campus apartment experience. Move in day was a very smooth process and the staff were around all day offering help in whatever way they could as well as providing drinks, bottles of water if we needed them. I was very pleased with the size of her room and bathroom and the furniture was nice and in good condition."
