"I was hesitant to live in an apartment after living in a hell house. Surprisingly, although I’m in a four bedroom, the apartment feels much bigger and much safer. Rent is affordable and you get a lot with it. The apartment itself is in pretty decent shape. There’s in unit laundry, a kitchen, living room, and each bedroom has its own private walk in closet and bathroom. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix any issues you might have and I’ve never had any problems with management. Majority of people here respect the noise rule and it’s pretty quiet, especially during the semester. Parking is a bit tricky sometimes but there’s enough that it’s not a big deal. My only issue is that the appliances need a bit of an update but are still perfectly usable and there’s no elevators for anyone who might have mobility issues."

"The Suites and Villas are excellent. They’re my first recommendation to anyone looking for great quality and affordable student housing in Cullowhee. Every apartment I’ve lived in has been fully furnished and well maintained with reliable, updated appliances. I’ve lived at both the Suites and Villas for over 5 years. Management has always been polite and considerate of tenant needs. Maintenance has always been reliable and timely with repairs. Rent is the most fair and affordable in the area considering the quality of apartments, appliances, and the amenities provided. Amenities are always clean and well kept."

"The suites have been my home for the past two years and I have enjoyed my time here very much! Ginger is always very helpful, kind and willing to help however she can. They offer very cozy and nice apartments in such a beautiful location of cullowhee! From all of the amenities to the friendly staff I definitely see myself living here for my time at WCU! If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend the suites and villas for sure! They have studios, one bed, two bed, and 4 bedroom apartments all at reasonable prices!"

"I was in a crunch and Ginger really helped me out. I love the spaciousness of the bedrooms and shared living spaces. I am a college student and it really makes a difference how quiet it is up here. The commute to campus is unbeatable. As well as, my neighbors are very friendly and I have met built really good friendships from living here. I have lived at rentals while being in Cullowhee, and this is by far the best place to live!"

"Lived here for 2 years and it was hell. When moving out no matter if you book a walkthrough or not they will charge you cleaning fees. No matter how much you clean and paint they will still charge for no reason. We cleaned/painted everything and was still charged for 2 hours of work. Asked for an itemized recite and they don’t have them. When I first moved in it was disgusting, so I know that charging us cleaning fees is for them to do nothing and get free money. They will miss charging you rent and then come after you for it months later. Reported our broken dryer multiple times for them to say that we have to turn it to maximum heat, it still did not dry our clothes. Awful and full of excuses, you’re gonna get charged the same as more expensive apartment anyway so might as well move somewhere else."
