"I would of given them 5stars but the front desk staff are horrible! Not only was the first time there, horrible, because we shown up a little early to check out things, but also see how they treat people. It was a mess, and people ended up waiting longer, I ended up there for a whole hour after our appointment, and was there an hour early to fill out paperwork, etc. The desk staff were more interested in their phones. They are not professional at all. I called to try and reschedule my dogs appt, due to not receiving any text or email confirming his appointment. Nore did they ask if they got my email correct. Instead of just asking me the proper questions, and being considerate, I was told that I was being argumentative and treated like I was fussing at her. I wasn't fussing at the lady on the phone, I was explaining that I didn't receive anything to support what they were telling me. I honestly was just confused and looking for answers. That's all, and if you're looking to get fussed at, made to feel bad, then, I expect this is the place to call if you like that sorta thing. I decided to pull my dog from this place immediately. I'm not saying anything bad about the Vet herself, because she is awesome, but I won't be back till she gets better front desk staff."

"Emergent experience with our 2 yr old Lab mix. Dr Hayley Jewel gave a quick initial assessment, a referral to Upstate Vet ER and some assurance we were gonna be OK. Followed up with us the next day as well. Just top notch care and compassion. Glad we have such quality vet care in Clemson."

"I’ve been going to this vet for many years. I have always felt so welcome and my kitties have been too. I can always rest knowing such professional and kind people work there. They really do care about your pets. The vet and staff are hardworking and very professional, as well as very thorough. I’m a worry wort when it comes to my babies and they always take the time to explain every little detail or question I have!"

"My experience was good; their prices are average, and they have seemed to care a lot about my 3 cats in past visits. Some other vets I've visited still won't let you come in, but MCAH does currently let you be with your pet as they're being examined. I only have two complaints: first, I feel more time could've been spent examining my pet since I paid for a full examination. I feel he was only given a glance over, so I would have appreciated them giving him a closer look. Secondly, I waited a bit of time after my scheduled appointment time to be brought back. Though I understand that things can get busy, this may be the reason why my cat was only given a few minutes of attention by the vet. Other than that, it's a great vet and better than the others I've visited in the surrounding area."

"Our senior dog was seen Friday morning. We were told he was completely fine despite his age. He did have worms so we purchased over $200 in medications, shots, and tests. Not even 24 hours later he was dead. No refund or even partial refund was given. Long time customer of this location...not any more!"
