"They always uncharge you to take a picture of your eye - knowing insurance doesn't cover it. I arrived there at 9AM for a 920 appointment 2 days before Christmas. There was no other customers around. The 1st girl was great. She did the initial exam quickly. She then said the Dr will be right in to look at your eyes. She closed the door and I sat for 25 minutes. AGAIN there was nobody else there and I was the 1st person so the Dr couldn't be backed up. I finally got up and walked out."
