"Supervision is poor! Teachers are incapable of handling basic child behavior. This facility has costed my family thousands of dollars in medical bills for accidents caused by poor supervision. Horrible language had come home to my house from this place. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!"
"As both a parent and teacher at this center, I was very disappointed. I worked there for only a few months and left because of the abuse they allow toward teachers and children as well as the unprofessionalism! When I left as an employee two of my kids remained until I found a new center for them. Out of 3 years my children were picked up early each day. I had car trouble recently and my ex husband was 5 min late coming to get the kids. The following Monday they were not allowed to be dropped off because he did not pay a late fee. 1 time being late in 3 years and they showed no mercy for us as a family. Terrible morals and no heart."
"There was an incident on 05/05/20 that took place. I received two phone calls that day about my daughters behavior. When I went to pick up my children from the center I noticed that my son had what I thought was two bruises on his face turns out to be three. I asked the director Shania what happened to my sons face she stated that she did not know. I then told her that my son was not dropped off to daycare with those marks and someone needed to explain to me what happened. I also asked was an incident report written she stated no. I then called the sheriffs department to have a police report filed since an incident report was not filed. Shania then stated that my son “scratched himself” during nap time. My son is 11 months and has not ever scratched himself during nap time. I advised that via the Brightwheel app the last picture that was sent to me appeared to show that my son had been crying in the picture and his chin had one bruise on it which still wouldn’t explain how he received an additional two bruises during the one hour and thirty minute timeframe that it took for me to get to the school. Shania then sent the infant teacher out to look at his face the infant teacher then advised that “right before pickup my son was popped in the face with a swing in the classroom” so the story went from scratching himself to being popped with a swing. I reached out to Tammy whom is supposed to be the owner of the daycare and told her about what was going on. The only thing that Tammy & Shania could do was offer an apology and state they would speak to the staff about when an incident report should be filed and have someone look after my son since he is the only walker in the infant room. Shania advised that the infant teacher would need to make sure that my son was secure while changing or feeding the other children going forward. It should not have taken my calling the police to have a police report made since I was not given an incident report initially to have an incident report filled out. The incident report that was given to me was a report made up to try to cover up their wrongdoing. So the staff were able to reach out to me regarding my daughters behavior but not letting me know that my son was hurt? Something is wrong with that. My children attended this school for two weeks and their last day was on 05/05/20 the center is currently under investigation. I would not recommend bringing your children here to be neglected."
"Center is unorganized. Staff are often over ratio. Children bite and bully and it isnt corrected. Inconsistency in staff and visibly upsets the children. Isnt worth the cost. Staff demean children, especially school age. Staff are focused on being friends instead of providing an educational and appropriate atmosphere for the children. Children often go through a stage having not learned anything or being set back from what you have already taught them."
