"Every body was so kind and caring! With that big crowd was at the office yesterday they tried their best to decrease the waiting time as much as they can. Dr Scott was above and beyond ,I finally have a diagnosis of my condition. He is such a great doctor. He is caring and knowledgeable. I also want to thank his nurse unfortunately I don’t know her name, she came in trying to make me comfortable and stayed with me till Dr Scott is done examining me.such a nice young lady.Highly recommend this place."

"I have been a patient for awhile but, saw Mrs Ashley Nanny for the 1st time today through Urgent Care. She was very pleasant with her caring and compassion (bed side manners)and the speedy service I received . I'll be using her and Dr Scott from here on out BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!! And I also want to say there's a HUGE difference of service and how they are preformed compared to seeing the blonde lady. I waited 45 mins on her while I was the only 1 in the back on urgent side, but she had to eat her Sonic at the desk on the hall and play on her cell phone. I was veryad that day. That happened 2 times!!!"

"I do not recommend this place. I have spoken with other locals with small children and they have also had have similar experiences to ours and do not recommend. I have taken my child to this place twice for urgent care and will not be back. The wait is very long even when they aren't very busy. The doctors at this clinic misinformed us and showed very little interest in the treatment of our child. They also gave us issues with our work excuses so if that's something your job requires I would stay away. There are plenty of other urgent care clinics that have a much higher standard of care and better service."

"Would give zero stars if I could. It wasn’t until my two year old was projectile vomiting all over me in the lobby did someone finally listen to me. They did provide me a new shirt, which I really appreciated though. The nurse was friendly but the doctor seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but tending to my child. She even got loud with me and told me I wasn’t holding him right. Did not get a diagnosis, nothing to treat his symptoms. The front receptionist told me that if we needed to extend our doctors excuse depending on his condition, to call and they would do so. A nurse called back and said that they could only extend the note for one person even though my husband and I were both present at his visit. Was finally emailed the extended note for my son and it was just typed up on a word document. No letterhead or signature from his provider. This clinic showed no effort in providing my son with the medical attention he needed at the time or any interest in his follow up care. Oh, but you better believe they happily took our payment for the visit. Do not go to IMPC URGENT CARE because there is absolutely nothing urgent about it."
