"Faithful and dedicated service for a complex disease. Thank you all so very much."
"As a “Chemo buddy” to a friend who left a different practice to get a second opinion here, I am just absolutely blown away. Every single step is smooth. Every single employee is beyond kind. The doctor (Dr Wang) is excellent at explaining things in a way that is not over my head. I am just really really impressed by the care here as well as the other areas of Duke we have been to in conjunction with the Cary Cancer Center."
"I’ve debated posting a review for a year now. We had a horrendous and very traumatizing experience with this facility while my mothers was battling stage 4 gastric cancer. While there were some amazing people who really seemed to care, the way we were treated by infusion nurse Kathy was beyond appalling. I will not go into the details bc every time I think about how we were treated it makes me sick to my stomach but let’s just say she made a terrible situation so much worse than it ever needed to be. The issue was brought to management and it seemed they were more concerned with “keeping our business” than addressing the root cause of the problem. There were also multiple issues with prescriptions being called in wrong ( one to an entirely different state) and a lot of loud gossiping about us while my mother was receiving chemo and we were sitting right there. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Duke in general was a nightmare to deal with through our entire process and we were fortunate enough to transfer her to UNC REX where she was able to receive caring, compassionate treatment until her passing. I would highly suggest looking into other options before considering treatment at this facility. I would hate for another family to go through what we did during an already difficult time."
"This facility has many issues with scheduling, professionalism of staff, and quality of service. Fortunately was not there for cancer treatment, but would not return here for any reason."
