"Terrible place to work for, I worked as a phone banker for 3 weeks since it was a seasonal job. First paycheck came a week late and now for my second and last paycheck it is almost 3.5 weeks late. They won’t give us a straightforward answer as to where they are. Try to blame it on the post office saying to check with them. But I’ve been getting all our mail no problem but this paycheck. As a business and a nonprofit who supposedly supports advancing workers rights they certainly don’t do it themselves. Very disappointed in a company that could’ve been awesome"
"I worked for the jacksonville office under asijah west and Kristina meckler. The most unprofessional organization I've ever seen. They are totally disrespectful to employees, and tell us to do whatever to meet the quota. Our "incentive" was a day off work when you cant make the quota.when I spoke up, they called a gentleman from Raleigh named dondree (who smelled strongly of Marijuana) to fire me. Saying I "brought down morale in the office""
"Great place and they are concerned about people's needs. Mr. Bostic goes out if his way to serve the community!"

"Went to get food today and they make u stand outside in bad weather to fill out paper work and the African american lady in the pantry was very rude to me since I didnt know the rules ... and was catering to 4 older ladies that came in after me and was acting like I didnt need to be there .. maybe cause I was young or white or both not sure .. but they seemed to be very prejudice towards me .. not in words but in actions .."
