"From the first Check in, lab and Hematology check in , all staff were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The Hematology staff are all very knowledge from the intake assistant, nurses and the front deck person in Hematology. Dr, Shah is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and also has a special gift in that he is better than most at explaining the disease and treatment process, in my opinion. I, as an OCN Certified nurse have worked with other awesome Hematologists but very few in my opinion, explain the process at the patient’s level of understanding as good as Dr. Shah. That puts him over the edge. He also explains what will happen after each visit and when he will call if need be , post lab results. He has always followed through. If I have a question and email through the “My Chart” he always answers the same day and usually with a couple of hours."
