"This place is horrible. They will not see sick patients. They only want to see well patients. I have be trying for a week to get an appointment. Do not go there. Takes them for every to answer phone. Person answering phone. Is they stone wall you to different location , very uninformed"

"This place is the absolute worst. They will not return phone calls, they will not do what they say they are going to do. It is unbelievably sad this “doctors” office operates this way. They do not care one thing about their patients, I would never recommend to anyone!! Been a patient at Eastover Family for 22 years and cannot wait to go to my new doctor’s office now. The simple clinic is a joke, at least this location, changing to new doctor is the best and only choice. They do NOT care about people. I’m disgusted with their professionalism or lack there of……"

"Appointment was canceled by the clinic and reschedule because provider was not available, but when I went to the rescheduled appointment I was told I did not have an appointment. That was bad enough but to make me feel like it was my fault was unacceptable! This was the second issue with this clinic! There will not be a third! I plan on finding another provider."

"My providers are very knowledgeable about my condition and they take the time to answer all my questions, the staff are very courteous and welcoming the staff are very knowledgeable about my medications and they answer all my concerns, thank you all for being the best at what you do"

"Unprofessional and slow! It’s 10:04am and I still haven’t been seen for a 9am appointment after completing paperwork prior to arrival! This is not okay to be forced with the option of peeing my pants or not getting this drug screen to start work. Horrible place! Staff having a party in the back laughing loudly while I sit here with my legs shaking! This is NOT okay! Yet I’m at the mercy of your office staff!"
