"I am in the process of canceling my membership/subscription. I am very disappointed in the lack of personal attention. Wrong prescription called in, nurses responding without what appears to be consultation with Dr and denial of request for basic blood tests before a scheduled Dr appointment. Medical gaslighting is prevalent. I thought this was concierge type care. It is not. I would not recommend to a friend (and I did before I experienced the above situations). If you have any sort of complicated case, this is not for you."

"I've been a patient at the main practice in Charlotte for 12 years. I recently moved and switched locations. The reason for 2 stars is that this office never answers the phone. It always goes to a message saying they are busy with another patient. We end up playing phone tag. Since this is essentially a concierge practice, I expect them to have enough staff to handle answering the phone. Also, the receipt I was given to submit for out-of-network benefits didn't have a doctor signature and when I called to see if they could email me a more complete form, of course, they didn't answer the phone."
