"I have yet to write a bad review until today. I am in the military and was referred here by a doctor thinking I got lucky to make it off post. I was wrong. They do not pick up calls, call back, and have not sent over the prescriptions I’ve been waiting for. They’ve made this a long, long process."

"PLEASE READ - HORRIBLE company this experience was so bad it forced me to write my FIRST REVIEW EVER. customer service does not answer calls or return, i called 10 times all sent to voicemail . Does not cooperate with insurance company. My insurance company told me they kept sending wrong information , closes early I’m here at 3:30 they close at 5 and the door is locked . Save yourself a lot of time don’t come here."

"Booked appointments with no reason and over charged me for visits I did not take. Called to cancel and the lady answering the phone did not help me with issue and hung up on me. "she had other patients" Doctor was to call me back 3 times still have not heard from him. This has been going on since March 2022."

"Worst run doctor's office I've ever been in. Took three visits to finally get sleep testing scheduled. Each time I had to describe everything over again and remind the staff what had previously been discussed. It's like there were no notes kept. Spent over a month trying to get allergy testing scheduled. Finally went in for testing and their office was locked at my appointment time. No one answered the door or the phone. Avoid this place."

"I can’t believe this place is legally able to operate. After 2 sleep studies, I’ve now waited over 2 weeks for prescribed equipment, and the equipment provider can’t even get a call back from them to fill the order. I even drove back up there during business hours and the doors are locked. No one will return repeated messages left by me or other providers for 15 days. Far and away the worst clinical service I’ve ever experienced."
