"Always friendly receptionist and clean and usually on time appts"
"Horrible experience with my PCM, Jennifer Person. I will not recommend her to anyone. You will also have to wait at least a month to see a PCM at this place.. They are bad at communicating with patients. I recently changed my clinic and its so so much better than Byars."
"The ladies at the front desk are so kind and absolutely amazing! But all of the other staff on the other hand are SO rude and SO unorganized. I have been going here for about a year and a half and haven’t met a single person that has been kind other than the ladies at the front desk. I typically ignore it but recently I went to go get a prescription refilled and they decided to question me about how I should have been out of medication last year but I had proof on the bottle that I brought that I got a refill from THEM in June of 2021 and they never documented it and decided to give me a hard time about it until I showed them proof. They then decided to question my parenting and I’m guessing it’s because I look very young and it was extremely rude. So don’t recommend coming here for any reason!"
"The clinic itself is a nice facility and my first experience with my provider was ok. It’s just been horrible since then. I had an appointment to get my prescriptions renewed back in January and my provider told me she would only put my needed prescriptions in if I promised to go get my labs done. This was due to my fault of forgetting to get labs done a while earlier and the labs fell out of the system. She said when she saw that I went for the labs, she would notify me of my results and put my medications in. I went the very next morning as they were closed that afternoon. I never received any notification of any lab results for one, but for two....she never put my prescriptions in. I tried going the right route by calling and leaving a voicemail for my provider. Several weeks later, I tried again as I never heard from the clinic. I finally did run out of both my medications, one of which is one that can not be quit cold Turkey. After 4 messages throughout February and early March, I finally reached a human from prompt 7????? That lady was super nice and took my situation seriously. She emailed my provider all the needed information and said I should hear something soon. No luck. Not a word. I work at a job where I am unable to just take time off without losing pay. My job hours are within the clinic hours. They are closed before and after I am working. I finally decided to take a day off using my medical leave and just go to the clinic. Yeah, that was a mistake as the lady at the desk had such a condescending tone as she told me that I should have just made an appointment and I will not be able to get any help unless I made an appointment. She told me that I should have known to make an appointment. I told her I was trying to follow what I thought was the best thing to do as to not waste the providers appointment slots. She said I should always make an appointment instead of calling and leaving messages. She said this in such a chastising tone. She was absolutely rude and of no help. She could have spoken with a little more compassion when telling a person the expectations of the clinic procedures. Soooo.......still no prescriptions put in and out of my meds for over two weeks, I sit in the parking lot waiting for an appointment. I am trying to google ANY doctor that will take new patients before I call Tri-Care to see what the procedures are to change to an off post clinic. The only people who were helpful or kind were the man and lady who work at the lab. They were both super nice about it all when I asked if I were able to get my lab results from them. I could not as a policy and that was ok. But the difference was all in how they spoke to me. The star I did give was for the lab clerks. They deserve lots of stars."
"Always a respectable environment and extremely caring doctors. My daughter has never behaved so well at an appointment. They even gave her a gift for her birthday! Bonus: It is truly kid-friendly, the nurse gave my daughter crayons and said “have fun”!"
