"Advise parents of Pedi patients you're now located at Womack, and that in of its self is a mess as well, 2pm appt get called in at 230 when your other child is scheduled for a 245pm appt. Yes both were done at the same time. When its time to switch through Humana we will be switching both back to Robinson health clinic, now that they are 15 and 17 done with peds. Never wanted them at Joel when my husband was in the military, don't know why they kept switching between different clinics. Now doing it again!!! Done"

"Why does nobody ever answer the phones? I don’t understand why you would have the phone if nobody ever picks them up. Then you go to the clinic and everybody working acts like you are a major inconvenience for stepping foot into the office."

"I have never had a problem with a nurse my issue is these “Drs” Between cutting me off and putting words in my mouth or telling me I need mental health because I said the hospital is garbage and telling me it’s my fault I waited 2 hrs to be seen when I never even commented on their tardiness unprofessional is an understatement. If you truly care about your child do not take them to any clinic ER or hospital on base. Especially fort bragg"

"Both my sons were under the care of Dr. Cooper. I had no problems at all, until she retired. My oldest had been with Dr. Cooper since he was 3 years old, he is now 12. Now I have problems getting medication. It has been over a month and we have not received a phone call, message after message after message. Speaking to the secretary is like speaking to someone who just woke up literally. She does not sound passionate or motivated to work, Im not making this up. Its so sad, because my sons both need their medication. This is just a disaster, and something needs to be done about unmotivated people who don't want to work it seems and are not passionate about their jobs by helping soldiers and retirees"
