"Wonderful practice. I moved to NC from Miami and had so many emergencies the first couple of months and I’m so thankful I found Dr. Marshall. I decided she was the perfect doctor to be my primary. Great staff. They are so nice and knowledgeable. I love this practice and would recommend everyone to them. Fast and efficient. They answer your voicemails and actually call you back to answer any concerns. They’re absolutely spectacular. I am so grateful for the care they’ve taken with all my chronic conditions and having an urgent care as well. You can’t go wrong coming here."

"Maria and her staff were amazing!!! I highly recommend Med First. I was visiting the Wake Forest area and had severe back pain. I called numerous places but at Med First someone actually answered the phone and when I explained my situation she worked me in. I didn't wait more than 15 minutes. They were thorough, professional, caring and communicated clearly with me. I would have been in bed for at least two days with excruciating pain had it not been for Maria and her staff. "Please be aware that this location does not actually take regular walk-ins, as advertised. I took both of my kids there after school today to be seen for cold symptoms. I spoke with their appointment center on the phone a few hours before we arrived and told them we would be coming in as walk-ins after school. The guy on the phone said great. We walked in, fully prepared to wait as long as it took, as you can expect with normal walk-ins. I was told that they had no more walk-in appointments available today but I could schedule a walk-in appointment for tomorrow. What?! That doesn't make any sense! If I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, why would it be considered a walk-in? So don't expect you can walk-in at any time and be seen."

"I went in to get some blood drawn for lab work and they were short handed some staff were out bc of sickness but I was pleased with how quickly they got me back with hardly no wait and I also didn't have an appointment. Sorry to say I do not know the nurses name but she was practically doing everything including drawing my blood and it was a pleasant experience as much as it can be getting blood from me. She was very professional and very gentle. Great experience!!!"
