She is very patient, kind, understanding and empathetic. She takes the time to listen and respond to your concerns and allow you to be in on decisions about your health. She is absolutely amazing. When she moved from previous Wake Med location I debated my decision to follow her due to the distance from my home but made the decision to follow her and I am glad I did because she is the best. She also took care of my daughter for a while and was amazing with her as well. She is the ONLY reason I am still with this practice!!!"

"Cheri was rude and asked me why I couldn’t get my vaccine somewhere else, afterwards, she laughed at me. On my way running late from work, I called ahead and was told there was a 15 minute grace period and not to worry. Once I arrived Cheri was extremely rude, said she would not honor the grace period. When I was still in the lobby speaking with the receptionist, Cheri came out laughing, the receptionist gave her a look, then I heard Cheri from behind the doorway ask softly, “he’s still here?” She was laughing at me after she denied my appointment and I could not receive my vaccination! Cheri might need to work in the stock exchange or some other field of service where you don’t actually have to have compassion, be kind to customers, have a natural desire to be helpful, or just generally be a nice person! Don’t go here…unless you want to be the butt of the joke and laughed at by the staff after you are gone."
