"First time using the urgent care minute clinic. As a veteran I was worried of high prices for a strep throat test and medicine. The nurse was very helpful and helped me with my insurance. Thank you!"
"NP was rude and went on break as soon as she came out of her office. I was waiting in the waiting area for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. It seemed as if I was bothering her. NP was very short and talked down to me."
"I wouldn’t go to this minute clinic even if it were the only place I could be seen! My partner and I have had to go here a few times now and this last time will be the very last. They’ve done this twice now where I pay and they tell me all of the services are included on the bill only to be billed months later by Quest Diagnostics. Never receiving results on said labs but the company still wants their money and I’m left wondering what in the world I paid Minute Clinic for?? Oh and may I also mention that my last trip here I was gas lighted by the lady that saw me. I’ve never felt so bad after leaving the doctors office I regretted going. All I can say is do yourself a favor and just go to urgent care! It’s about the same price if you’re paying out of pocket. You’re welcome"
"Wow! We were in a rough spot with my five year old having an ear infection. The pediatrician couldn't fit us in for three days and I was at my wits end. Checked out the Minute Clinic, they had a spot, we scheduled, and were taken care of very well! Ended up getting the medicine we needed and NP Dew was fantastic helping us. She was so kind to my five and two year old."
"I took my six year old daughter here with a cold & slight fever, 99-100. Her school nurse checked her out less then 24 hours before and said that her lungs sound clear but to watch out for ear infections. So I brought my daughter in, expecting to receive an antibiotic and be sent on our way. NP Dew Saunders checked my daughter and tells me that her lungs sound congested and that I need to take her to the emergency room for x-rays of her lungs. I explained what the school nurse had told me less than 24 hours earlier but she was persistent that it was the being stages of pneumonia. I trusted my gut and went to a different urgent care for a second opinion. They diagnosed my daughter with an ear infection and said that her lungs sounded great. They said her oxygen levels were 98% and her fever was from the ear infection. If I did not get a second opinion, I would have spent thousands for a misdiagnosis. NP Saunders was also extremely rude during the whole exam. She greeted us by saying “For future reference, do not arrive between 2pm-3pm because that is my lunch time.” I told her that I did not mind waiting. Thankfully my daughter is on an antibiotic and recovering."
