"Office staff and veterinarian showed the most compassion and professionalism in a time where we were saying goodbye to our beloved Princess. They saw us as new patients and scheduled us the same day, but the compassion that they showed from the time that I called to the time that we walked out of the door was by far needed and appreciated."
"Brought one of our miniature schnauzers to the clinic in Holly Springs. From the receptionist, the tech Lena and Dr Allison, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The exam was inclusive from head to tail. Currently working with the staff here to schedule a sugerical procedure. I'm impressed and will look to bring our other schnauzer in for checkups."
"Made an appointment for my dog annual physical. Got all the confirmation emails and texts. Showed up 10 minutes early to the clinic only to find out that there are 8 other dogs waiting and the clinic is actually close. This is such a waste of time and communication needs to be better."
"I took my dog to Vetco for the first time for a check up and presented an issue with her paw being red. The front desk woman was very kind and sweet, she made checking in and out easy. The reason for my 1-star is because of the vet assistant and doctor. The vet assistant came into the room and was very rude and passive aggressive. She didn't introduce herself and responded with an attitude to every question she asked me. At one point questioned how long I've had my dog making it seem like I haven't had her for long (I've had her since she was 8 weeks and she's 4 years old now). She made me feel very uncomfortable and I wanted to leave right there. I kept offering to send her my vet records and she had me send them to the wrong email twice. Then proceeded to tell me because I didn't have records they'll have to run tests. I had the records sitting there AND I sent them 3 times. She didn't explain why they wanted to take my dog into another room or what "tests" they were doing. The doctor then came in and provided no introduction and it was a very awkward interaction. I will not be back and do not recommend"
"So… we added a second dog and this was his first visit. Caesar, our newest addition was a bit reserved at first. The minute the assistant walked in Caesar began to roam the room feeling less stressed about his visit. By the time the doctor came and she just sat on the floor with him he was ready to have all the attention! I believe the staff is very impressive the way they are extra loving on the pets and comforting to us (the parents). Explains the breed to me from a medical provider who specialize in our furry love ones. That did it for me. I will be returning even after Caesar finish his puppy rounds. Thank you again for being our go to vet!"
