"Incompetent and irresponsible. I have a recurring bacterial infection since March last year (inflammation was ruled out by a previous physician) and obviously need to be seen by a good specialist, yet they assigned an incompetent PA who doesn't even listen to me, doesn't see the white bacteria build up in my throat (it was there!!) and prescribes me a stomach antacid to fix an inflammation (that I don't have) from possible acid reflux (which I don't have). I am just speechless!! Wasted my time and money."
