"I am not impressed at all with the check in process and it makes it very impersonal. I watched as several elderly people had real issues and struggled with the self check in process. Not only that but each time I came for an appointment I had to do the same self check in steps each time I arrived and also was asked to do the same online BEFORE I came to the appointment. The check out process was slow. Three ahead of me to check out and it took over 10 minutes to check out with just being given an appointment card to return for a recheck. My complaint is not with the medical care I received as that was exceptional. My doctor and the treatment was wonderful. It is with the check in and check out process. It comes across as they don't want to look at you in the eyes and could care less if you are there are not. Computers have replaced real people that care once again."

"The young lady at the front desk was very sweet, the only reason I'm giving any stars. But I when I first got the call to make the appointment because they received a referral from my PCP the lady was so rude very short with me, and said I couldn't make an appointment until I gave my INS information, so I called back with my information and scheduled. Mind you it takes months to get in. Finally the day off my appointment after I've done all the paperwork, took time off work to be told the don't take that plan. I don't understand why they wouldn't verify all of this ahead of time, since she was so adamant about having the information ahead of time."

"Tarsha Williams, PA is excellent. This was my first visit with her. She is very thourough. She explains exactly what she observes and what issues are present. She clarifies history and seeks understanding. I am very happy with my annual exam."
