From the moment I arrived at the office in Cary, to the last day of training at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, I was welcomed warmly and provided with top of the line instruction. My first day with Stephen's didactic portion was very informative. The following 3 days of hands on training with Whitney and Sarah was excellent. I feel they provided me with top level instruction, as well as, excellent feedback when I had questions. Bottom line.....I feel that I can perform the procedure with confidence and efficiency. "My experience with Vascular Wellness was above and beyond. I live in a small town and Maddie, who came to put my picc line in, traveled 2 hours to come to me. The hospital we were using was not helpful (to say the least) and hadn't communicated to the aloof front desk staff that we would need a room. But Maddie gently perservered and ensured that despite them keeping us waiting for 2 hours, we were able to find a space to use. As it was an old, no longer in frequent use Xray room, she sanitized eveything before setting up her equipment. Maddie was so patient with me and skilled at every aspect of her job. She explained each step and the procedure was painless. The Vascular Wellness office was communicating and supporting her the entire time as she dealt with the red tape to make sure that I was taken care of. Maddie advocated for me and never gave up, nor lost her composure while managing to keep me calm. I highly recommend Vascular Wellness! You will receive excellent, skilled, and compassionate care."
