"Updating this because within a week of posting, I had received my refund. While the therapists here are exceptional, they over charged me. I was told they'd issue a refund when I was released from their care, which happened over 10 months ago. Despite that and emailing numerous times, I have not received a refund and they have not even had the courtesy to respond to email."

"Don't expect undivided attention here. During my visits, I had less than 30 minutes of actual contact with a therapist. And that time included about 6 minutes of warm-up on the bike and time spent printing exercise instruction sheets. And the time I did have was shared. My therapist was assisting both myself and one or sometimes two other people. Considering the cost, even with insurance, this was not what I expected. Got more from consistently doing the therapy at home than going in for appointments."
