"This review is long overdue! Sarah Garwood is the best of the best. I have had bad luck finding providers in all areas since moving here in 2017. I'm so thrilled I found her. She is the sweetest human, amazing bedside manner and truly makes me feel heard and cared about. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is!!"

"Zero stars! I am posting this because I am very disappointed that I made an appointment to see Dr. Maria Laura Bermúdez way in advance (on May). I received a text yesterday saying that my appointment (Nov) 27 was cancelled and I had to call then to reschedule it. I called them today in the morning and they told me sorry for the inconvenience but the next available appointment for new patients will be in February. I will have to find a new doctor in the area that takes her time listening to their patients, that is caring and passionate about their career and not seeing you as a client ($$$). I am trying to switch doctors."

"I love my midwives and the Midwifery program here. We had such a good experience with our first that we’re back with our second even though we’ve moved an hour away. The Shannon’s, Michelle, truly all of them have been great to work with & make me excited and confident in baby #2’s arrival!"

"This place is the mess everyone says it is and it's because of the management and the lack of values of UNC. Patient satisfaction and taking care of their employees is at the bottom of their list. The reason your calls aren't answered is because the front desk staff trying to check in 200 patients a day are also trying to answer the phones, call referrals, cancel and reschedule clinics for the Drs, have management micromanaging everything you do, and room sick patients. There's suppose to be 8 front desk people and they are down to 2 because of how they are treated. This disgusted me that UNC allows this. The clinical staff and front desk are amazing people trying to make the most of a bad situation. Be kind to them. It's not their fault."
