Before I started treatment to my ailment, I got explanations on what’s going on with me which helped to take out fears I was having and the healing started before treatment."

Dr. Vijaya is a brilliant physician, coupled with the fact that she is compassionate. She truly cares about her patients and always goes the extra mile. "Super disorganized. Had an appointment for 3pm. Waiting room was full and people kept coming in but no one was being called back. Asked for an update at 3:45 and told there were 2 people ahead of us. An hour later still hadn’t been seen. Apparently an appointment means nothing to them. Either they’re so clueless or they just don’t care. Not good either way. Never going back."

"We are visiting this hospital past 1 years.Every time we had a bad experience with receptionists Specifically who works on Friday afternoon. They are very rude every time we visited.The doctor is cool but even though you got your appointments they don’t care , and you don’t get any information what doctors suggest to get from from desk. Not getting information is not good for any patients. When you ask something the lady like angry and she mentioned like I don’t care you’re here or go to other doctors.This give bad impression for doctors and hospitals"

"Patients waiting outside after they are supposed to be open. It’s now 8:45 and my appointment was at 8:30 but no one is here to unlock the door. I wasn’t going to post this, but the receptionist was also rude when trying to get me scheduled, so it’s a bit ironic they aren’t here."
